b. Denier: 2 lines suitable for 250 denier. 4 lines suitable for 130 denier but each position is suitable for 250 denier
c. Winder• CW6 Barmag 8 end winder of 1200 mm chuck length for 15 kg package wt on 110 mm dia. Paper tube.

b. Denier: Line-58 suitable for 250 denier, Line-59 suitable for 130 denier but each position 1ssuitable for 250 denier.
c. Winder- CW6 Barmag 6 end winder with 920 mm chuck length for 14 kg package wt. on 94 mm dia Papertube.

a. 3 position Line-62 along with manifold, S.F pumps, intermingling jets. S type godets, SW6 barmag winders with 1200 mm chuck length for 15 kg package wt on 110 mm dia, paper tube. Suitable for 250 lo 600 denier with 105 mm dia 68 hole spinnerets.

b. 4 position Line-61 along with manifold. S.F. pumps, intermingling jets, duo godets, and CW6 Barmag winders with 1200 mm chuck length for 15 kg package wt on 110 mm dia. paper tube. Suitable for 130 to 250 denier with 80 mm dia. 34. 36, 48, 72, 96 hole spinnerets.

c. One common HTM boiler for these two lines.

5. Utilities :
a. HTM Heater : 2 nos HTM Heaters each having 3 5 MKCAL capacity F.0 fired HTM heaters from Thermax, commissioned in 1996, ; 1 no coal fired all POY sp1nn1ng heater having capacity 3 5 MKCAL from Heal Max
b. AHU 5 nos. AHU of blue star design to supply quench air to lines.
c. Air Compressors: 7 nos oil free air co,npressors with �0.5 bar d scharge
pressure from Chicago Pneun1atics , 1 no. oil free air compressor from
Chicago pneumatics to supply oil free air with 3.5 bar discharge pressure for intermingling jets.
d. Chille rs: 3 nos. new chillers each having 637 TR capacity from Carner with LT power supply; 1 no chiller having 200 TR capacity from York w th HT power supply, 1 no old chiller having 500 TR capacity from York with HT power supply. Chillers are equipped with 5 nos. chilled water circulation pumps with piping.
e Cooling Tower: 6 cell common cooling tower along with cooling water circulation pumps & piping for utility & process cooling water
f. Air drying unit for i11stru1nent air for CP & POY – 1 no..
g. Nitrogen plant for PTA conveying, vacuum braking & sealing -1 no .
